Original language description
Cooperation between local public authorities and administrators of railway infrastructure is a long-term problem. Competences of different institutions are so different that in practice there is often belatedly informed citizens in rail accidents and vice versa in an accident near the railway track of railway infrastructure administrator receives information too late. Under the conditions of the Czech Republic is a long-developed information system to support decision-making in crisis situations KISKAN. In 2011, the investigators decided to create a superstructure that enables automated distance responding to crisis situations. Gradually was founded expert system KISDIS. The aim of the article is to present its functionality and closer scientific and professional public uniqueness of solutions.
