Bohemian Barbarians: Bohemia in Late Antiquity
Original language description
The main goal of the chapter ?Bohemian Barbarians: Bohemia in Late Antiquity? was to challenge the perspectives and interpretation possibilities of the Migration Period material culture, especially the so called Vinařice group in Bohemia, to which also the cemetery in Prague?Zličín belongs. Different geographical and cultural influences were observed within the find spectrum from burial grounds and several sparse settlements of the Vinařice group. Within the range of finds it is possible to observe objects and influences of Elbe-Germanic, East-Germanic and provincial origin.
