The thematic focus of this document is the new possibility of detecting dactyloscopic stops with the Recognoil. Outside the industrial application, this device, the principle of the recording method, has a high potential for use in forensic practice. The document deals with UV-VIS spectroscopy designed for the detection of fatty impurities, which is applied to the recording of dactyloscopic latent traces.
