    Artificial Intelligence in business management - SWOT analysis

  • Original language description

    The aim of this paper is to present the role of artificial intelligence in business management and to analyse its impact on decision-making processes in both operational and strategic contexts. The paper focuses on assessing the opportunities and limitations of implementing AI technology in the organisational structures of companies, with particular emphasis on aspects such as process automation decision optimisation customer service and information security. The study is based on an analysis of the literature on the subject, as well as on foundational data from industry reports and expert studies. The results indicate that AI is an important factor supporting the development of modern management models by offering a range of cost and quality efficiency benefits. At the same time, challenges related to implementation costs technological risks shortage of specialists and ethical and regulatory issues were identified. The article uses SWOT analysis as a tool to structure the findings in three key areas covering business management cyber security and consumer decisions. The article aims not only to identify current trends but also to identify directions for further research and development in the responsible and sustainable implementation of AI in the business environment.
