Durability of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Polymers Exposed to Chemical and Climatic Environments
Original language description
The article was published in journal Acta Polytechnica by the Czech Technical University in Prague in a special issue associated with the 28th international conference ICBMPT 2025. In this study, commercially available polymeric materials were exposed to selected chemical agents and climatic conditions. The aim of this study was to determine the durability physical and mechanical properties of the polymers in the selected environments with increasing exposure time. The results showed that exposure to gasoline and UV radiation caused the most pronounced changes.
