Original language description
Many types of insole arch supports are established tools for treatment of different ortopaedical disorders. However, many of them are serially produced and freely available in dispensaries promising to bring relief from the fatigue and to eliminate gaitoverloading. Due to the frequent use and the popularity of insole arch supports, the study using plantar pressure measurement was established to evaluate how effective can be those non-individually molded orthotics.

Pro léčbu ortopedických komplikací nohou se používá řada vkládacích úprav stélky. Většina z nich je vyráběna sériově a volně dostupná v lékárnách, jejich používání by mělo odstranit únavu a přetěžování chodidel. Proto byla zahájena tato studie sledujícíjak jsou, anebo mohou být tyto ortopedické úpravy stélky účinné.
