Optimalization of Setting Parameters of Laser Cutting Machine

Original language description

The article is dealing with optimization of parameters for specific laser cutting machine. In the first the article contains description of cutting material by laser ray according to Paret analysis. Second part of the article is focused on analysis of production costs for the most frequently produced parts in specific company and in frame of this is there described methods and procedures for optimization of work and parameters on this machine. There is mentioned description of machine and its parametersas well as choosing of materials and their thickness. Everything what is acceptable for optimization, recommendation of testing samples as well as controlling of technological limitation required by machine producer. Optimized parameters are evaluated in comparison with usually used materials and parameters given by machine producer. In the conclusion are summarized the results of the analysis and experiments, which was don for the specific machine.
