Effect of nanotechnology pre-treatments on a component life
Original language description
There are many ways to reduce production costs in production processes. In our case, we will deal with in the savings in the form of the use of new multimetallic nanoproducts for surface pretreatment components and their subsequent impact on the life ofpainted components. New nanoproducts seem to be a suitable alternative for phosphating processes that companies in the manufacturing process use quite commonly in the present. Phosphating is a technology that will gradually replace due to increased pressure on both cost savings as well as the adverse effect of phosphating on the environment. This paper provides an analysis of the state coated sheets after load corrosion in neutral salt spray. These plates were pre-treated with phosphate and nanoproducts. After each of the pretreatments the surface was coated with powder coating and samples were loaded in corrosion chamber. Subsequently, we conducted an analysis of the status of these sheets and compared the influence of various pretreat
