This article deals with testing the low pressure EGR valve and its testing system. The low-pressure EGR valve is part of a flue gas recirculation system that serves to reduce the resulting emissions of internal combustion engines. The flue gas recirculation system consists of a low and high pressure section. A new measuring system is designed to replace the old measuring system. The reason for designing the new system is to reduce costs and reduce space requirements. The entire system is vacuum and can be used for different parts of the flue gas recirculation system. For example, for a high pressure EGR valve or a flue gas exhaust flap.
