Morphological Characteristics of Composite Films
Original language description
Morphological analysis of composite metal/dielectric thin films is important not only for the characterisation of the films themselves but also for the analysis of their properties. Theoretical approach to that problem often leads to the nearly invincible difficulties. Therefore, a computer experiment would be more convenient for more complex morphological analysis. It is shown that the information about bulk composite morphology can be found from a projection or a section of the composite. In our paperwe deals with a computer study of composite structures. We have tried to use the morphology parameters such as form factors for characterisation of the films. The influences of the film thickness and the structure randomness are shown here. The main goal of our work the effort to be able to reconstruct various kind of composite structures from their projection or section. Some results of the reconstruction of sphere-form objet composites are done.
