Characterisation of system arrangement by means of classical morphological methods

  • Original language description

In the image analysis in physics one of the most important tasks is the quantitative characterisation of the degree of objects arrangement. There exist several morphological methods with different sensitivities and the exact interpretation of their results is often very difficult. In the contribution, the range of validity of both well-known and new algorithms is tested and the methods are compared with the help of computer experiment.
