The general goals of the proposed project reflect the current need to find specific approaches towards the monitoring, or rather routing, of socio-economic development of selected areas, especially peripheral, rural, and non-urban areas, in the context of the economic system that is undergoing transformation, accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union, and the requirements concerning sustainability of this development.
