Walk helps to ensure an interaction with the surroundings. The problem in relation between a visually handicapped person and the surroundings lies in orientation and movement control. Walk is not exercised in a desirable way by the visually handicapped people. Walk of the handicapped people hits its bounds. At the same time, it belongs to the safe activities which should be developed by this part of population.
