Loading effects of the organism on reaction time level in elite and sub-elite fencers
Original language description
The aim of this study is to determine the level of reaction time with the Czech national team and subelite fencers by the load intervention of Wingate anaerobic test. We have measured the level of simple and complex responses to visual stimuli in 22 subjects of elite and subelite fercers. We assumed different levels of indicators of response capabilities prior to loading, immediately after loading and after five minutes after the end of loading, in height of the level of lactate in the blood. Measurements took place in the Biomedical Laboratory of Charles University, Prague. The results showed that the effect of the Wingate test to simple reaction time was minimal. In the choice reactions there we found substantial reduction in reaction time, in most subjects. We believe that the obtained results are closely related to the demands of the discipline to the level of the reaction time even at maximum anaerobic power fencers during the fight. In practical terms, the results can be used for
