This paper focuses on the evaluation of the level of swimming performance of students Outdoor Activities (AVP), the Faculty of Education, University of JE Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem (UJEP). The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the secular trend of swimming endurance AvP students in the academic years 2010 - 2014. The method used was to compare the test results of continuous swimming for 12 minutes during the four academic years. For probands (n = 116; 20 +- 29 years) was to evaluate the specific swimming performance used basic norm according to Cooper (1980). The group consisted of students and freshman study program of outdoor activities UJEP in Usti nad Labem. Within the realized survey on secular trends swimming endurance were found negative conclusions regarding the persistently declining levels of swimming endurance skills for these students.
