A substantial part of the text involves the summarization of the problem of its expected effect. In addition, the article outlines the possibilities of the use of this method in preventing sport injuries, as well as specific examples of the use of some techniques in the damage of the kinetic system. We believe that this method brings relatively low costs in its use, high efficiency and no risk of adverse side effects.
