The Leeds Corpus of Czech Learner English. Design, Analysis, and Future
Original language description
This contribution introduces the project of the compilation of a large data base of learner English into a learner corpus that will serve as a tool for research in second language acquisition and pedagogical research. Further, it will present a long-term view on the development of English competencies of a large number of test subjects within an environment that ensures constant experimental conditions (a school with constant teaching staff, teaching materials and a repeating curriculum).
