Original language description
The paper presents the hybrid model of acoustic emission (AE) signal filtering on the basis of both wavelet analysis and Huang empirical mode decomposition method. We offer the technique of estimation of the wavelet filter parameters. Determination of the wavelet, level of the wavelet decomposition and value of the thresholding coefficient has been performed on the basis of the ratio of Shannon entropies which were calculated for both the allocated noise vector and filtered signal. The simulation process was carried out using acoustic emission (AE) signals which were generated during metal loading with the development of destruction from initial state to final distract with several phases.
