Objective: Work is engaged in research of influence of the determinants age, education on the women's approach and attitude towards breast cancer prevention. This work also at the same time determines the extent to which women are informed of the examined topic. Methods: The research was conducted during the period of September 2012 - February 2013 in the Ústí nad Labem region. The statistical data were obtained using non-standardized structured questionnaire which was verified in a pilot survey. The selection of respondents was stratified by gender (female) and age (20-65 years). There were total number of 282 respondents. Respondents were divided into the number of research groups; women with lower and higher education and women with lower risk (20-44 years) and higher risk (45-65 years) of breast cancer.
