Some aspects of the population development in the Ústí region
Original language description
The paper traces various aspects of the population development in the Ústí region. Population reproduction in the region is significantly determined by social and economic structures of the population. First part of the paper analyses these stuctures, chiefly their formation. Second part analyses the natural reproduction and migration in the Ústí region. The final part of the paper focuses on demographic ageing and migration from abroad.

Příspěvek se věnuje vybraným aspektům populačního vývoje Ústeckého kraje. Populační reprodukce v kraji je významně determinována sociální a ekonomickou strukturou obyvatelstva. První část příspěvku je věnována analýze těchto struktur, zejména způsobu jejich utváření. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu přirozené reprodukce a migrace v Ústeckém kraji. V závěru příspěvku je diskutována problematika demografického stárnutí obyvatelstva a migrace ze zahraničí.
