Original language description
The paper is focused on the development of the migration in particular regions and in some large cities of the Czech Republic in 1992-2003 and of the Usti Region in1991-2003. It analyses educational structures of migrants and migration efficiency according to the attained educational profile. The problem of the educational structures of migrants is described in detail in relation to the development of the educational index of both emigrants and immigrants resulting in the ´balance of migrants´education´.
