Am 1. Juli 2017 trat das neue Deliktsgesetz in Kraft. Eines der zwei wichtigsten Gesetze des neuen Gesetzes ist das Gesetz über die Ordnungswidrigkeiten und das Ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahren Nr. 250/2016 Sb. Der Artikel befasst sich mit Änderungen des Straftatenrechts in Bezug auf die Haftung einer juristischen Person für eine Straftat, einschließlich der Befreiungsmöglichkeiten.
