Original language description
The basic theme of the article is to ind a realistic odel of the investment behaviour of the average Czech household (two adults and two children) in the economic activity of adult memebers of this household - specifically in the period of thirty to fifty years of adult household memebers (mother and father) households with the aim of increasing the wealth of this household over time. All approaches will be based on average data on the Czech household or o the usual investment behaviour of Czech households i a particular region (all this will be defined as input assumptions). Specifically, it means that the household is operating on average income and average expenditure of the Czech household and the Czech household chooses rather conservative forms of investment tha high-risk investment and that the household lives in a pre-defined region in the Czech Republic characterized by a certain economic and social situation. The added value of the found model will be also one of the attempts to find a solution to one of the urgent social problems in teh Czech Republic - to ensure the dignity of the adult members of the household. The best opportunity how to invest extra money it seem investment to real estate. These investments are easy to understand by ordinary people, bring regular income and with a little risk of loss.
