  • Original language description

The evaluation of the fresh air quality in the revitalized locality of the Most Lake is one part of the complex project ?Impacts of a hydrological open-cast mine reclamation on the microclimate, fresh-air quality, water and soil ecosystems? supported bythe Czech technological agency under No. TA 1020592. The project started in the year 2011 and it was scheduled for 4 years. The output of the project in the field of the air quality is focused on the evaluation of the significance of air quality changesin the close lake neighbourhood, which will occur as a result of the microclimate changes in the studied locality. The characteristic pollutants typical for this industrial locality and their concentrations are observed - PM10 particle fraction, SO2, NOx, O3, VOC, NH3, dust fallout and selected heavy metals on the dust particles. The article gives overview of the current results from the period of one and half year from 6/2011 to 12/2012.
