Sodium fast reactor (SFR) belong to the group of six types of the Generation IV reactors selected for R and D and future applications in the framework of the Generation IV International Forum (GIF). At the both loops of the BOR 60 in RIAR Dimitrovgrad there are still in a successful operation steam generators developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic. One part of the paper is dedicated to main parameters and operational results of these steam generators. In the framework of the R and D finished project registration number FD-K3/078 supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of The Czech Republic there was verified in the industrial conditions realization of a special steel melt and manufacture of semi-products and heat exchanging tubes fornew generators for power units with the SFR.
