The video presentation will depict our methods as used in dance therapy for older persons: dance therapy for physically disabled seniors confined to wheelchairs, tap-dances in one´s seat, dance therapy for patients with dementia and dance lessons for seniors. This video also presents two cases of ladies whose depressive symptoms significantly decreased (measured by Geriatric Depression Scale) after three months of dance therapy

Prezentace metody taneční terapie pro seniory a dvě kasuistiky seniorek, jejichž depresivita se významně snížila během účasti na 3měsíčním taneční terapii. Taneční terapie má pozitivní efekt nejen na mobilitu ale též na kvalitu života seniorů. Pozitivnípsychologický efekt taneční terapie je nejvýmluvněji dokumentován na videozáznamech pořízených v průběhu taneční terapie.
