Technological equipment and safety road tunnels in the Czech Republic

Original language description

The document reviews of European activities oriented to the safety in the tunnels in the first part. The comparison of the Directive of European Parlament and the Council and Czech standards shows (very) good quality of our documents. The role of risk analysis and risk management in the road tunnels is growing up also in the Czech Republic. It is shown in the secon part of the article. The main role plays Ministry of transport due support of to three years RaD project: "Risk analysis and management in the roads tunnels". These activities are supported by documents oriented to the technical equipment of a tunnel elaborated to the technical condition TP98 "Technical equipment of roads tunnels". This standard is offical binding document used widely in a praxis.

V prvé části popsány evropské aktivity směrem k bezpečnosti v tunelech, porovnání Direktivy 54 Evropského parlamentu a Rady a národních dokumentu, ukázáno na jejich velmi dobrou kvalitu. Role analýzy a řízení rizik roste i v ČR, což je ukázáno v druhé části příspěvku. Hlavní roli hraje ministerstvo dopravy, které podporovalo tříletý projekt "Analýza rizik v silničních tunelech". Všechny tyto aktivity jsou podporovány dokumenty orientovanými na technické vybavení tunelu rozpracovaných do technických podmínek TP98 "Technologické vybavení tunelů pozemních komunikací". Tento oficiální standard nalezl široké uplatnění v praxi.
