The text is a part of an international comparative study on gender aspects of social benefits and pension reforms in three central European countries - Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. An introductory part of a chapter about the Czech Republic describes women?s position on the labour market and harmonization of work and family. A second part is devoted to an analysis of changes in family benefits scheme from the point of view of equal opportunities for men and women and of impacts on income structures in different household types. The last part deals with pension reform and its impacts on equal opportunities.

Text je součásti mezinárodní komparativní studie genderových aspektů reformy rodinných dávek a penzijního systému ve třech středoevropských zemích - ČR, Polsku a Maďarsku. Kapitole o ČR vychází z popisu situace žen na trhu práce a slaďování rodiny a zaměstnání. Dále analyzuje změny rodinných dávek z hlediska rovných příležitostí mužů a žen a hlediska dopadů reformy na strukturu příjmů domácností různého složení. Poslední část je věnována penzijní reformě a jejím dopadům na rovnost příležitostí.
