Solidarity and Equivalence in the State Benefits System.
Original language description
Solidarity and equivalence are a long-term issue of all social systems in advanced counties. At first glance it may appear that these two principles act against one another, but in reality there are a number of very closed relationships between these principles ? whereas in the degree to which social systems are constructed as universal, the principle of solidarity is applied, in the degree to which social systems are constructed based on the level of income from economic activities, the principle of equivalence is applied. It is this issue of to what extent the specific principles are to be applied that is the fundamental question in making decisions on modifications of specific social systems. The article pays attention to the evaluation of the relationship of these principles in the social benefits system in our country.
