    The diffusion structural analysis (DSA) was used to characterize microstructure changes of hydrous titania gel films during heating. The annealing of porosity and near surface structure defects of the dehydrated titania films was indicated by DSA in thetemperature range 255-700°C as the decrease of radon release rate.

    Difuzně-strukturní analýza (DSA) byla použita k charakterizaci změn mikrostruktury tenkých vrstev hydratovaného oxidu titanu během ohřevu. Temperace poréznosti a defektů struktury blízkých povrchu hydratovaných vrstev oxidu titanu byly charakterizovány pomocí metody DSA jako pokles rychlosti uvolňování radonu v teplotní oblasti 255-700°C.
