WWER-440 control rod coupler induced power peaking effects measured on LR-0 reactor were presented on the ?WWER Fuel Performance, Modelling and Experimental Support? conference. The C/E comparison as well as the conclusions for new coupler design were deduced from the results received for the cases with and without the hafnium inserts in the coupler region.
