Gibbs Energies of Transfer of Alkali Metal Cations between Mutually Saturated Water-Solvent Systems Determined from Extraction Experiments with Radiotracer 137 Cs
Result description
Thermodynamic standard Gibbs energies of transfer of alkali metal cations related to Cs+ cation between several mutually saturated solvents of the type water-solvent were calculated from determined extraction exchange constants. The used liquid-liquid extraction method with radioactive tracing by 137Cs permits attaining higher precision of the values as compared to the methods used up to now. The data for o-nitrophenyloctyl ether, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1-octanol, dioctyladipate and dioctylsebacate are reported.

Czech description
Termodynamické standardní Gibbsovy energie přenosu kationtů alkalických kovů vztažené na Cs+ mezi několika vzájemně nasycenými rozpouštědly byly vypočteny ze stanovených extrakčně-výměnných konstant. Použitá extrakční metoda s využitím značkovače 137 Csumožňuje dosažení vyšší přesnosti ve srovnání s doposud použitými metodami. Byla získána data pro o-nitrofenyloktyl ether, 1,2- dichloroetan, 1-oktanol, dioktyladipát a dioctylsebakát.
