The main goal of the presentation is to provide some general, but still useful subjective comments to human reliability analysis, which could help in improvement of quality of the analysis. HRA projects with participation of NRI Rez, which took place during the last decade, are briefly commented in the first part of the paper. In the latter part, a set of comments on the general topic ?What is important in HRA? has been made.
