This document contains guidelines for reliability testing on module level to be conducted in task 7.3. Following the proposed reliability concept, the document contains an overview of the modules to be tested, the loads and stress conditions, the reliability tests derived from them and corresponding standards, as well as overview on failure analysis. Module level reliability will be defined in this deliverable to include board level reliability (2nd level reliability) and reliability of their packaging.
