The article describes an experimental measuring which serves to the optimal setting of the baffle plate in the microwave dryer of surface (flat) fabrics. Moreover, it includes design measures increasing drying efficiency and operation reliability at thesame time. Also the properties of the Impact Wave microwave dryer of surface fabrics are given in the article.
