Original language description
This paper deals with making and measuring flares on PA plastic pipes. A flare on plastic fuel pipes is used to correctly fixate a pipe in the given mounting space. Therefore, care is taken to the exact location, distance and size of each flare on a plastic pipe. Making of flares is done with the technology of cold forming on an automatic manufacturing device using special tools. Here, it is examined the problem of adjusting the tools on the manufacturing machine and subsequent measuring of distances offlares. It has been established a uniform system of measuring and converting distance values of flares from the measured values compared with the prescribed ones.
