A method of minimizing positional errors using a superposition
Original language description
By eliminating the positional errors (PERR) of the periodic functions, it was advantageously used that the positional error had a character or the functional course the same or mirrored to the course of the 2nd derivative of the displacement law. Since the 2nd derivative data is available in the controller memory for the need for a forward torque coupling, these data are scaled and merged with the basic displacement law. This method is analogously used to minimize positional errors at idle intervals of non-periodic (step) motion functions of flexible driven parts of electronic cam mechanisms.
