Exposition Time Point Checking
Original language description
High-end camera systems are able to synchronize sequence start by trigger signal and allow the frame-to-frame synchronization as well. Though the synchronization principle can differentiate case to case. It is the reason the simple but precise method for checking the exposition time point was developed. The rotating disc with specific marker was shooting by high speed camera systems. The angular displacement and the angular velocity were measured with high precision measuring analyzer in same time. These measurements were synchronized by trigger signal or by measuring time base signal. Exposed images were processed and the angular displacements extracted from the marker's relative position in the image were compared with measured data belonging to the nominal exposition time points. The time delay was computed from the difference of the measured angular displacement and that computed from image.
