Original language description
At present, linear sliders are increasingly used as part of precise positioning mechanism of the machines. The article describes the measurement, evaluation and comparison of positioning accuracy of the Yaskawa SGT linear slider test equipment with evaluation of the other measured mechanical and electrical quantities for various input settings and system speeds. The main attention was paid to the behavior of the equipment and the curves of the measured values for various limit settings. For the purpose of assessing the function of the device, a stroke dependence with constant speed and a movement direction change with sinusoidal acceleration was programmed. The evaluation also included the influence of the exactly measured passive resistance of the linear slider.
