Original language description
In solving the movements of working links of production and handling machinery mechanisms, we often encounter a serious problem of adherence to positional accuracy in relation to a given manufacturing technology. The structure of the working mechanism tries to minimize the inertia forces, or reducing the weights of the mechanism links. The result is a reduction in stiffness with significant deviations from the prescribed trajectory. Deviations are caused by free vibrations of links of the kinematic chain of the working mechanism. The paper outlines the methodology of displacement diagram design for periodic working movements of electronic cams.
