Original language description
The linear actuator consists of a linear and a rotary drive. It can be used in combination with a driven direct rotary servomotor as an interpolation biaxial system of planar trajectories. The direct drive control itself was built on Yaskawa's commercial platform. The commercial control controller of the MP3000 series from Yaskawa meets the requirements for basic position control of a linear motor in the dynamic mode of the electronic cam.
