Original language description
This paper deals with application of magnetorheological damper for car seat absorption system. Magnetorheological damper is a kind of controlled damper. Its characteristic can be changed by the modification of properties of the working liquid using controlled magnetic field. To full analysis of magnetoreological damper it is necessary to identify damping force as function of velocity and actuating current of magnetic field. Its simulation model was used to design the control system with PID controller.
