    Model of Rotor Supported in Aerostatic Journal Bearings

  • Original language description

    This contribution deals with development of mathematical model of aerostatic journal bearings used for simulation of shaft-bearings system. The mathematical model is based on Reynolds equation supplemented by description of gas flow through the feeding system. Static pressure distribution within bearing and load capacity are obtained. Simple model of rigid rotor supported by these bearings are numerically solved in time domain.

    Prispevek se zabyva vyvojem maetmatickeho modelu aerostatickych radialnich lozisek pouzitych pro simulaci systemu hridel-loziska. Matematicky model je zalozen na Reynoldsove rovnici doplnene popisem hmotnostniho prutoku plnicim systemem. Ziskany jsou staticka rozlozeni tlaku uvnitr loziska a unosnosti loziska. Jednoduchy model tuheho rotoru ulozeneho v techto loziskach je numericky resen v casove oblasti.
