This article deals with the melt flowing simulation, time of the solidification of the casting zinc alloys (ZnAl4) pressure die-castings into the metal moulds of steel ČSN 19 552. There were made the simple experiments by the casting alloys ZnAl4 to themetal mould for the determination valuations of the thermal-physical quantities of the casting material and mould. Time dependencies of the temperature were also simulated. On the basis of the simulation and experiment conformity there were determined valuations for pressure die-casting simulation of the zinc alloy ZnAl4.

Článek se zabývá simulací proudění taveniny, určením solidifikačních časů a tuhnutím odlitků slitiny zinku (ZnAl4) odlévaných vysokotlakým litím do kovové formy z oceli ČSN 19 552. Pro stanovení hodnot tepelně-fyzikálních veličin materiálu odlitku a formy byly provedeny jednoduché experimenty odlévání slitiny ZnAl4 do kovové formy. Získané časové závislosti teplot byly též nasimulovány. Na základě shody simulace a experimentu byly stanoveny potřebné hodnoty pro simulaci tlakového lití slitiny ZnAl4.
