Optimization of the distribution mechanism on the rotor spinning mechanism
Result description
The work deals with the optimisation of the distribution mechanism on the rotor spinning machine. Central distribution of yarn by a single mechanism is used on this machine, where the yarn guide for every winding unit is fixed to the distributing rod, which performs a reverse feed motion. The mathematical model of the distribution rod with absorption elements is developed and includes passive resistances. The dynamic analysis has been performed in the program environment Pro/Mechanica. Reducing longitudinal vibration by using absorption elements in spring form was obtained considerable decrease of reaction in the point of fastening of the distribution rod to the distributing mechanism.

Czech description
Práce se zabývá optimalizací rozváděcího mechanismu rotorového dopřádacího stroje. Přímočarý vratný pohyb rozváděcí tyče a k ní připevněných vodičů příze, zajišťuje centrální rozváděcí mechanismus umístěný na stroji. Vytvořený matematický model rozváděcítyče zahrnuje i pasivní odpory v uložení. Dynamické analýzy byly řešeny v prostředí modulu Pro/Mechanica. Potlačením podélného kmitání s použitím absorpčních prvků ve formě pružin bylo získáno významné snížení reakce v místě uchycení rozváděcí tyče k rozváděcímu mechanismu.
