The contribution is directing to optimalization and innovation of production processes. The ground for the project was decision of the company?s management to redeploy into new and more suitable premises. Project was done in a company producting lightings in date March - December 2006 namely in the form of consulting project. Under the terms of the first phases, the company performed analysis of the current stock (machine production park, manipulation with material, etc.) manipulation techniques and stockroom. At the second phase of the project, placement of the machines in the new premises was suggested, a manipulation trolley was developed to manipulate with sheet-metal cut-ins and expansion of capacity of the stockroom for purchased material was solved. The contribution describes and graphically demonstrates progress of the project, including orientation time requirements. Such defined progress can quite easily be generalized and used in other projects of the similar type.

Czech description

Článek je zaměřen na optimalizaci a inovaci výrobních procesů, která probíhala v rámci přesunu kompletní výroby do nových prostor. Projekt byl prováděn ve firmě na výrobu osvětlení v roce 2006 a to formou konzultačního projektu. V rámci první etapy projektu se prováděla analýza stávajícího stavu (strojového výrobního parku, manipulace s materiálem, ...), manipulační techniky a skladových prostor. V druhé etapě projektu bylo navrženo rozmístění strojů v nových prostorách, vyvinut manipulační vozík na manipulaci s plechovými nástřihy a řešilo se rozšíření kapacity skladu nakupovaného materiálu. V článku je popsán a graficky znázorněn postup projektu a takto navržený postup je možno celkem snadno zobecnit a využívat i v dalších projektech podobného typu.
