"My contribution deals with supply chains and related logistics. Nowadays, a lot of companies are turning to this new ""trendy"" effective way of management. In the past, this management method was provided by external companies, hired by the businesses.The contribution describes basic methods of supply chain management, the supply chains and how they are divided. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is running from suppliers and producers to dealers and to end-users, which, in the instance of evaluation, helps evaluate the pro and con of this management. The contribution describes management of a supply chain which has three primary targets: to decrease stocks, increase speed of transactions with real-time data exchange, and increase the sales with more effective implementation of customers' requirements."

Příspěvek se zabývá zásobovacímy řetězci v souvisti s logistikou. V současné době, se mnoho společností na tento nový "módní" a efektivní způsob řízení. V minulosti tyto metody řízení poskytovaly externí firmy, jež si společnosti najímaly. Příspěvek popisuje základní metody řízení dodavatelských řetězců a jejich dělení. Řízení dodavatelských řetězců (Supply Chain Management - SCM) se provádí od dodavatelů, přes výrobce až po konečného zákazníka. Propojením celého řetězce pomáhá jeho snažšímu řízení. Příspěvek popisuje zvládání zásobovacího řetězce, který má tři primární cíle: snížit se zásoby, zvíšit rychlost transakcí s real - time výměnou dat a zvětšit prodeje s efektivnější implementací zákazníků požadavků.
