This article deals with the coefficient of linear expansion of shape of roll casting from pure zinc and zinc alloys. Zinc alloys have mainly use in making of the rugged castings with high accuracy of dimensions and quality of surface into 1 kg especiallyfor automotive, electrical and consumer industry. Experimental part of the article is directed towards to deduction of influence of use foundry mould and teeming temperature on the coefficient of linear expansion value of the pure zinc and zinc alloys.

Příspěvek se zabývá stanovením součinitele lineární roztažnosti odlitku tvaru válce z čistého zinku a zinkových slitin Slitiny zinku mají velké uplatnění při výrobě drobných odlitků členitého tvaru s velkou přesností rozměrů a kvalitou povrchu do hmotnosti 1 kg především pro automobilový, elektrotechnický a spotřební průmysl. Experimentální část příspěvku je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu použité slévárenské formy a teploty lití na velikost součinitele lineární roztažnosti čistého zinku a zinkových slitin.
