Construction of the moulds for 2K injection moulding
Original language description
The moulds for 2K (2-component) injection moulding have to follow their special purpose and due to this target they have to be constructed according to the different rules in a comparison to the common moulds construction. The constructers together withthe technologists have to choose the suitable materials. The first point of view is the function of the part which must be ensured by the characteristic of both components (the character of the loading, the temperature of usage or the requirements for the esthetic character). The second point of view is to ensure the right technological process. The tool for the faultless construction is also a flow analyze with usage of the FEM (finite elements method) which should show the danger of the cold welds, depression areas, the deformations of the part and other important values before the toolshop is going to cut the steel.

Czech description
Formy pro 2K (2-komponentní) vstřikování musí splňovat jejich speciální účel a vzhledem k tomuto cíli musí být konstruovány v souladu s odlišnými pravidly v porovnání s konstrukcí běžných forem. Konstrukce musí splnit požadavky plánované technologie, vstřikovacího stroje, periferií a procesu, který bude uplatněn při výrobě. Nástrojem pro bezchybnou konstrukci je také analýza toku s použitím metody konečných prvků, která by měla ukázat nebezpečí studených spojů, deformací, propadlin a dalších důležitýchhodnot před vlastní výrobou formy.
