The paper deals with the evaluation of plastic properties for new high-strength materials ? so called TWIP sheets (Twinning Induced Plasticity). Recent trends in the automotive industry towards improved safety standards and a reduced weight as well as amore rational and cost effective manufacturing have led to great interest in these high strength and tough steels. In experimental part are shown values measured after the static tensile test. These values are describing TWIP materials mainly from the quite high ductility and strength values point of view. Results predestinate these materials for wider using in future for engineering industry.

Czech description

Příspěvek se zabývá vyhodnocením plastických vlastností nových vysokopevnostních materiálů ? tzv. TWIP plechů (plechy s plasticitou indukovanou pomocí dvojčatění). Současný trend v automobilovém průmyslu pro zvyšování bezpečnosti cestujících a současnéhosnižování hmotnosti jakožto snaha o cenově efektivnější výrobu vede k poměrně velkému zájmu o tento druh ocelí. V experimentální části jsou tyto materiály popsány z hlediska výsledků statické zkoušky tahem. Tyto hodnoty popisují TWIP materiály zejména z hlediska vysoké tažnosti a meze kluzu a pevnosti. Výsledky předurčují tyto materiály k budoucímu širšímu použití ve strojírenském průmyslu.
